1. Informational and drafting tool only

RiskASM does not provide legal, safety, compliance, engineering, medical, regulatory, or professional advice.

The website is an informational and drafting tool only.

Any generator output, source-mapped content, article, checklist, control suggestion, risk rating, or draft PDF is provided as a starting point for review. It is not a final, approved, site-specific, or legally compliant assessment unless it has been reviewed and approved by an appropriate competent person.

2. User review is required

Users are responsible for checking, editing, validating, and approving any output before relying on it.

This includes reviewing the output against workplace conditions, task details, local laws, industry standards, employer procedures, regulatory requirements, and competent-person requirements.

RiskASM outputs should not be used operationally without appropriate human review.

3. No guarantee of completeness or suitability

Risk assessment requirements can vary by country, state, industry, workplace, task, and site conditions.

RiskASM does not guarantee that any content is complete, current, accurate, suitable, or compliant for a specific use case.

Preloaded hazards, suggested controls, risk ratings, and draft notes may not cover every relevant hazard, legal requirement, workplace condition, or control measure.

4. No emergency or high-risk use

RiskASM is not designed for emergency response, urgent safety decisions, high-risk operational control, or situations where incorrect information could directly cause serious harm.

If you are dealing with an urgent safety issue, workplace incident, legal issue, regulatory investigation, or emergency, contact an appropriate qualified person, authority, emergency service, legal adviser, or safety professional.

5. Browser-based draft PDF generation

The public generator is designed to prepare draft content in the browser and generate a draft PDF from the information available at the time of generation.

Users are responsible for saving, reviewing, storing, sharing, and controlling any generated content or PDF.

RiskASM does not intentionally store completed assessment drafts or generated PDF content on its servers unless you choose to send that information to us.

6. Source references

RiskASM may include source links, source-mapped content, or external references to help users review context.

Source references are provided for transparency and convenience. They do not mean that an external organization endorses RiskASM, approves any generated output, or accepts responsibility for your use of the website.

External sources may change, move, become unavailable, or contain information that is incomplete, outdated, or not applicable to your situation.

7. Third-party links, ads, and sponsored content

The website may include third-party links, source references, advertisements, sponsored placements, affiliate links, or external resources.

RiskASM does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, policies, products, services, availability, or practices.

Ads, sponsorships, affiliate links, or external references do not mean that RiskASM endorses a third party or that a third party endorses RiskASM unless clearly stated.

8. Analytics and website measurement

RiskASM may use Cloudflare, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar tools to host, protect, measure, and improve the website.

These tools do not change the draft-only nature of the website or the user’s responsibility to review all generated content before use.

9. No professional relationship

Using RiskASM does not create a professional, legal, safety consultancy, compliance consultancy, engineering, medical, or advisory relationship between you and RiskASM.

If you need professional advice, you should contact an appropriately qualified professional.

10. Use at your own responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, RiskASM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing on the website should be treated as a substitute for professional judgment, competent-person review, legal advice, compliance advice, or site-specific assessment.

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use any content or output generated through RiskASM.
